Clinical supervision with warmth, curiosity, and depth

Are you looking for a supervisor who is approachable, relatable and honest?
Who will offer both support and
constructive challenge?

I provide a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth supervisory space for therapists working with individuals, couples and teenagers.

My aim is to create a supervision relationship where you feel safe enough to explore the things you're finding difficult, curious enough to think differently about your work, and supported to develop your confidence and clinical skills.

I believe good supervision is not simply about making sure we're doing things “right”. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect and think deeply about our work — our clients, ourselves as therapists, the relationships we form with our clients, and the wider context in which the work takes place.

My approach is strongly relational and integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and systemic approaches. I also have a particular interest in sub-personality and parts work, and enjoy working in intuitive, creative and embodied ways when these approaches feel useful.

My work is underpinned by the seven-eyed model of supervision, which encourages us to look at therapy from different perspectives. This allows us to explore the client, you as therapist, the therapeutic relationship, the wider context, and our own supervisory relationship, helping to develop a fuller understanding of the work.

For me, supervision is about both challenge and support. It should give you space to think openly about your practice, explore uncertainty, recognise your strengths and celebrate the work that is going well, as well as consider areas where you might want to develop.

If you're looking for supervision that combines warmth and humour with honest reflection, clinical thinking and a willingness to look beneath the surface, I'd be very happy to hear from you. Please get in touch to arrange an initial conversation. We can talk about your practice, what you're looking for from supervision and how I might be able to support you.
